In these challenging times as we are advised to stay at home we are aware that our clients may struggle to get their pets’ medication and food. To try and support our clients and their pets we are starting a FREE delivery service for Paragon Pet clients within a 10 mile radius of a Paragon Veterinary Centre (Dalston, Oak Tree and Newbiggin)

This delivery service will start from Tuesday 24th March.

We can deliver medications such as flea and worming treatments, ongoing prescriptions or any medications required following a telephone consultation

We can also deliver a wide range of pet foods: Royal Canin, Hills, James Wellbeloved, Skinners and Chappie to name a few. Please contact us to see if we can order your pet food or suggest an alternative 

We require orders for delivery to be made before 5pm on the previous working day. If we cannot source your request we will ring back 

We will deliver Mondays to Fridays, we cannot give time slots for delivery unfortunately but we would aim to deliver goods the afternoon following an order

We will ring the doorbell and leave the goods on the doorstep. If you have an alternative safe place to leave goods should you be unlikely to be in please let us know when making the order

To minimise contact we ask that payment is made over the phone when ordering  goods being delivered
