The only way to clean dog and cat teeth properly including under the gumline is to do the procedure under General Anaesthetic. When doing dental treatments that might include extractions we do full mouth dental radiographs to ensure we have as much information as possible to make the right decisions on dental treatment for your pet. Also included is painrelief including local anaesthetic blocks for extractions.
